Attached is the payment of 1,500 made to support the Lushomo Family Home, as specifically requested by a friend who gave us this money.

Attached is a payment of 1,200 euros to cover the school’s expenses from its reopening on May 10 through June 10. As you can see, this is the first payment made from the bank account of our nonprofit organization, Kuseka Zambia, where all donations received to date—and those we hope to receive in the future—are deposited.

Please find attached the payment for next month’s school lunch program. The amount has been increased from 1,000 to 1,200 euros per month due to rising inflation in Zambia, due to the increase in the number of children following the opening of a new class, and due to a small raise (from $50 to $70 per month) in the salaries of the two cooks.

Dear Friends,
The Twabuka school has reopened after spring break, and classes and the school lunch program have resumed.
We sent the funds in a timely manner to provide the necessary support this month as well for a vital service such as school meals.
The school immediately sent us some photos and a heartfelt message of thanks for the donations received from Rome and the United States.
Here is a copy of the payment.
February 2017 Payment

Attached is a payment of 400 euros sent today to the Twabuka school to supplement the 2,000 euros already sent in December directly by a donor to cover the cafeteria costs for January and February.
School resumed on January 10 after the Christmas break, and the current quarter will therefore end on April 10 due to the Easter break.
